A resident of San Diego County since 1981, and of the Poway/Rancho Bernardo area since 1984, Parham's passion for real estate was first evident at the tender young age of 14 when he forced his parents to buy their first home in Poway, convincing them that it was both a beautiful house and great investment!
Parham attended San Diego State University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Political Science. He then pursued higher education by attending the prestigious University of San Diego School of Law on scholarship. Upon his graduation and subsequent admittance to the California Bar in 2001, he began his legal career as an intern for a local federal judge. This experience provided him with impressive real life negotiation strategies and skills that he relies on everyday in all of his real estate endeavors.
While still practicing law part-time, primarily in the areas of real estate and contract law, Parham has shifted his focus to real estate over the last few years and enjoys the successes and friendships that he has gained as a result. Parham joined the renowned Re/Max Associates of La Jolla in 2002, and values the opportunity, prestige and reputation that Re/Max lends to the real estate industry. Parham’s rapid success in the field and the resultant recognition he has achieved as one of the area’s top agents can be attributed to his dedication to superior customer service and the impressive number of client referrals he receives as a result.
A San Diego native, Tiffany has lived here her entire life. She started in the real estate industry at the young age of sixteen as an escrow coordinator and marketing manager for several Re/Max Associates agents.
Following her completion of the reputable paralegal program at the University of San Diego, and her work in the area of unlawful detainer actions/real estate law, Tiffany found herself looking for a new challenge. She then broadened her interest to new home development. Working for large nationwide builders such as Shea Homes, DR Horton and Buie Communities, she has gained a broad spectrum of knowledge in the areas of planning and development, sales and marketing and escrow management.
Due to her desire to be at home with her three young children, Tiffany opted to begin managing her husband’s real estate appraisal company from home; working with mortgage brokers, lenders, title and escrow companies, and directly with homeowners and buyers. This experience has been priceless, as she has learned first hand how homes are valued in the everchanging real estate market.
Tiffany has now joined Parham and Associates as a Buyer’s Specialist and is enjoying working directly with buyers to assist them in finding the perfect home suitable to their needs. Her high energy and willingness to go the extra mile is why our clients consistently commend a job well done!
